SHIPPING & RETURNS

Branded Sunglasses Factory currently offers FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE for orders above $80All orders take approximately 3 business days to be processed and shipped. We do not process or ship orders on the weekends. It then takes 15-30 working days to arrive. We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.

 

Free Shipping Conditions:
Orders above $80 but less than $120 will be shipped via Economy Registered Air Mail (15-30 working days to arrive).
Orders $120 & above will be shipped via DHL Express (3-9 working days to arrive).


Free shipping includes tracking number and insurance on your parcel incase it gets lost, we will ship you a new one for free.
 
All of our designer sunglasses are authentic. Branded Sunglasses Factory does not sell replicas. If you have doubts with the product(s) received, contact us with your justification and we will give you a full refund immediately with no questions asked.
ORDER TRACKING:
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Our distribution facility's business days are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. (EST) excluding Asia holidays and other specific days we may announce.
  • For your protection, in case of any billing irregularities you will be contacted by our Sales Audit staff before your order is shipped. We apologize for any delays this may cause.
  • In rare occasions when items ordered are not available your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care representative has contacted you to amend the order.
  • On time delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Note that circumstances out of our control (like natural disasters, etc.) may produce shipping postponements. Please refer to this page for shipping alerts and announcements.

Our Return Policy

Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (missing items, wrong items, etc.) must be submitted to our Customer Care Department within three (3) business days after delivery. You must notify our Customer Care Department by e-mail and keep the packaging and the items involved in the claim at hand (even if they are broken). We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after three (3) business days.

NOTE: Return authorization is required. Email us at [email protected] prior to shipping your package back. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error.
